SALE issued out of the Twenty-first

Judicial District Court of Louisiana in

and for the Parish of Tangipahoa, in

the above entitled and numbered suit

I have seized and will proceed to sell

at public auction, for cash, to the last

and highest bidder and according to

law, sale to take place via an online

auction hosted at www.bid4assets.com/

Between the hours prescribed by law,

beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the

following mentioned and described

property situated in the Parish of

Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

That certain piece or portion of ground,

together with all of the buildings and

improvements thereon, and all of the

rights, ways, privileges, servitudes,

appurtenances and advantages

thereunto belonging or in anywise

appertaining, situated in Section 52,

Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Parish

of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in

that subdivision known as, Creekwood

Estates, Phase 1, and being more

particularly described and designated as

follows, to wit:

Lot one (1), block four (4), Creekwood

Estates Subdivision, Phase I, all in

accordance and as shown on that certain

plat of survey, entitled “Plat of survey of

Lot 1 of Block 4 of Creekwood Estates

Subdivision (Phase One), in Sec. 52 T7S

R7E Tangipahoa Parish”, as prepared

by Gilbert Sullivan, Registered Land

Surveyor, dated October 23, 1982, a

copy of which is attached to and made a

part of that certain cash deed, recorded

on November 2, 1982 at COB 556, page

413, under instrument no. 310479, of

the official records of Tangipahoa Parish,

Louisiana. Subject to a 10 foot servitude

on the east side of the property, and

a 5 foot servitude on the north side of

the property as shown on the above

reference plat of survey.

Subject to all such dedications,

restrictions, covenants, easements,

rights-of-ways, servitudes, reservations,

leases of record, outstanding mineral

rights of record, set-back lines,

encroachments, overlaps, and all other

matters which might appear on a current

and accurate survey of the property, and

any rights appearing of record in the

office of the clerk and recorder for the

Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana.

WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED

SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO

HUNDRED SIX AND 17/100

($168,206.17)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage

lien, or privilege thereon superior to that

of the seizing creditor, to the last and

highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of

appraisement and according to law.
