I have seized and will proceed to sell

in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of

Louisiana, and being more particularly

described as the south half of the west

half of the west half of the northeast

quarter of the northeast quarter of

Section 5, T6S, R7E, less and except:

A certain tract or parcel, containing 2

acres, lying and being situated in the

Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana,

and being described as beginning at

the southwest corner of the west half of

the west half of the northeast quarter

of the northeast quarter of Section 5,

T6S, R7E; thence proceed north 669.5

feet; thence east 143.77 feet; thence

south 460.79 feet; thence west 43.77

feet; thence south 208.71 feet; thence

west 100 feet to the point of beginning,

all according to a survey map made

by David L. Rogers, Registered Land

Surveyor, dated February 8, 1982, a

copy of which is of record in the official

records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana

at COB 542, page 682.

Subject to a servitude to William C. Howe

and Brenda Burrows Howe recorded in

the official records of Tangipahoa Parish,

Louisiana at COB 542, page 871.
