as per the original map of the subdivision

particularly described as beginning at
a point 397.92 feet South, 0° 46’ 0”
West from the Northest corner of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 16; thence go North 89° 14’ 0”
West 238.61 feet; thence go North 0° 46’
0” East 192.01 feet; thence go North 89°
43’ 09” East 164.85 feet to the center of
a small canal; thence go South 44° 11’
41” East 104.57 feet; thence go South
0° 46’ 0” West 121.14 feet to point of
beginning. Said lot 1 contains one acre
more or less all as more fully shown on
that certain survey dated July.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED TEN
THOUSAND, FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS
AND 83/100 ($110,045.83)
TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
lien, or privilege thereon superior to
