Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements located thereon, situated in Section 3, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and more particularly described as being Lot 69 of Happywoods Subdivision, Phase I, a subdivision of a portion of Section 3, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, fronting ninety (90’) feet on Lorraine Drive by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred forty (140’) feet, all in accordance with a plan of survey rendered by Tycer, Barrilleaux & Associates, dated April 11, 1978 and recorded at COB 471, page 224, revised May 7, 1980 and recorded at COB 499, page 524 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

WRIT AMOUNT SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND, FORTY-THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($76,043.28)

TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
