Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
Those certain lots or parcels of land, together with all the buildings and improvements located thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereon to belonging or in anywise appertaining, located in Section 37, T7S, R7E, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Ponchatoula Trace Subdivision, as per plan of resubdivision made by Ned R. Wilson, P.L.S., dated July 20, 2006, recorded at CO.B. 1067, folio 797, as shown on plan made by John G. Cummings & Associates, John G. Cummings P.L.S., dated December 4, 2014, recorded December 29, 2014, approved by the Parish of Tangipahoa on December 22, 2014, and recorded at C.O.B. 1370, folio 470, and being designated thereon as Lot 7, said lot having such location, dimensions, and being situated as is more fully shown on said plans.
WRIT AMOUNT ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND, TWENTY NINE DOLLARS AND 02/100 ($126,029.02)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
