Engineering Inc., dated March 27, 1981, and being more fully described as beginning at a point 1980.00 feet South 45 degrees, 00’ 11” West 631.20 feet North 46 degrees, 31’ 19” West, and 1581.11 feet North 00 degrees, 23’ 52” East of the Northeast comer of Headright 41, T5S, R8E, thence North 89 degrees, 50’ 51” East, 1846.33 feet; thence South 00 degrees, 23’ 52” West 235.94 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 50’ 51” West 1846.33 feet to a point within the right-of-way of a gravel road; thence along said road North 00 degrees, 23’ 52” East 235.96 feet to the point of beginning.

That portion beginning at a point 1980.00 feet South 45 degrees, 00’ 11” West, 631.20 feet North 46 degrees, 31’ 19” West and 1581.11 feet North 00 degrees, 23’ 52” East of the Northeast corner of Headright 41, T5S, R8E; thence North 89 degrees, 50’51” East 1225.00 feet; thence South 53 degrees, 52’ 03” West West 401.61 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 50’ 51” West 900.00 feet to a point within the right of way of a gravel road; thence along said road North 00 degrees, 23’ 52” East 235.94 feet 10 a point of beginning. Contains 5.75 acres as shown on survey by Yuan L. Gee, C.E., dated November 30, 1982.

A CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, situated in Headright 41, T5S, R8E, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, more fully described as beginning at a point 7.36 feet South, 45 degrees, 00’ 11” West, 625.52 feet North 00 degrees, 23’ 52” East and 621.33 feet South 89 degrees, 50’ 51” West of the Northeast corner of Headright 41, T5S, R8E; thence South 54 degrees, 03’ 34” West 403.44 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 50” 51” West 159.47 feet; thence North 00 degrees, 09’ 09” West 235.93 feet; thence North 89 degrees, 50” 51” East 486.74 feet to the Point of Beginning, contains 1.75 acres. All as shown on map. All as per survey by Roy C. Edwards, Jr., dated January 6, 1986. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
