Wilson, P.L.S., dated July 20, 2006, recorded at COB 1067, folio 797, as shown on plan made by John G. Cummings & Associates, John G. Cummings P.L.S., dated December 4, 2014, recorded December 29, 2014, approved by the Parish of Tangipahoa on December 22, 2014, and recorded at COB 1370, folio 470, and being designated thereon as LOT 24, said lot having such location, dimensions, and being situated as is more fully shown on said plans.
Having a municipal address of 16160 West Murray Road, Ponchatoula, LA 70454.
