Less and except: The West 264 feet of the Northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), T6S, R6E, comprising an area of four (4) acres, more or less, together with all improvements thereon.

Less and except: A certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, T6S, R6E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point North 89 deg. 50 min. 00 sec. West 291.00 feet from the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, T6S, R6E; thence proceed North 00 deg. 10 min. 00 sec. West 348.48 feet; thence South 89 deg. 50 min. 00 sec. East 125.00 feet; thence South 00 deg. 10 min. 00 sec. East 348.48 feet; thence North 89 deg. 50 min. 00 sec. West 125.00 to Point of Beginning, all as shown on survey by Ansil Bickford, Reg. Land Surveyor, dated May 7, 1996, revised August 28, 1996.
