ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in and being Tract 2 – Beginning at a point 909.93’ N 89 deg. 45’ W of the center of Section 8, T6S-R7E; thence N 89 deg. 45’ 00” W 225.97’; thence N 01 deg. 03’ 40” E 1251.20’ to the south right of way line of Louisiana Highway 1064; thence along said right of way line, N 89 deg. 30’ 51” E 226.06’; thence S 01 deg. 03’ 46” E 1254.11’ to P.O.B. Contains 6.4980 acres, all as shown on plat attached to that certain cash deed recorded in COB 781, page 503 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
Improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 12038 Highway 1064, Tickfaw, LA 70466.
