file and of record in the office of the Clerk

State of LOT six (6), said lot subject to
those servitudes as shown on the official
subdivision map.
Improvements thereon bear the
Municipal No. 14624 West David Drive,
Hammond, LA 70401..

TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
lien, or privilege thereon superior to that
of the seizing creditor, to the last and
