of Louisiana, more particularly described
as follows: A certain parcel of land
described as Lot 10, Block 3 of Jackson
Subdivision in the City of Hammond
State of Louisiana fronting 55.53 feet on
Jackson Road between parallel lines as
per plan of survey by Bodin and Webb,
Inc, Consulting Engineers and Land
Surveyors dated April 24, 1980 and
recorded at COB 501 page 563 of the
records of Tangipahoa Parish, State of
Louisiana.
WRIT AMOUNT: THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ONE
DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS
