I have seized and will proceed to sell
at public auction, for cash, to the last
and highest bidder and according to

and all of the rights, ways, privileges,
servitudes, appurtenances and
advantages thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, situated in Section
12, T6S-R7E, Parish of Tangipahoa,
State of Louisiana, more fully described
as beginning at a point 416.96 feet
North 01 degrees 06’20” West of the
Southwest corner of the West Half of
the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 12, T6S-R7E; thence North
89 degrees 55’37” East 174.24 feet to
the center line of a gravel road; thence
along said center line South 01 degrees
06’20” East 125.02 feet; thence South 89
degrees 55’37” West 174.24 feet; thence
North 01 degree 06’20” West 125.02
feet to the point of beginning. Containing
0.50 Acres, all as shown on map of
survey by “WR” Engineering, Inc., dated
8-26-82, and numbered 2392; subject
to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way
and outstanding mineral rights of record
affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED
THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND ELEVEN
DOLLARS AND 12/100 ($135,011.12)
TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
