I have seized and will proceed to sell

at public auction, for cash, to the last

and highest bidder and according to

law, sale to take place via an online

Between the hours prescribed by law,

beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the

following mentioned and described

property situated in the Parish of

Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

TWO (2) certain lots or parcels of ground

situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa,

State of Louisiana, in that subdivision

thereof known as HIGHLAND ACRES

SUBDIVISION, and being more

particularly described according to the

official map of said subdivision, on file

and of record in the office of the Clerk

and Recorder for the said Parish and

State as LOT NUMBERS TWENTY

EIGHT (28) AND TWENTY NINE (29),

PHASE II of said subdivision, said

lots having such measurements and

dimensions and being subject to such

servitudes as shown on the said map

made by Dading Marques & Associates,

Inc. dated April 14, 1998, a copy of

which is of record in the official records

of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana at COB

1100, Page 529.

Subject to Right of Way in favor of

Entergy Louisiana, LLC as recorded in

COB 1113, Page 521. Subject to the

subdivision restrictions recorded at COB

1101, page 671; subject to restrictions,

servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding

mineral rights of record affecting the

property.

WRIT AMOUNT: FOUR HUNDRED

FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND, TWO

HUNDRED SIXTY THREE DOLLARS

AND 52/100 ($454,263.52)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage

lien, or privilege thereon superior to

that of the seizing creditor, to the last
