South 00 deg. 12 min. East 1686.6 feet
and North 89 deg. 41 min. East 280.0
feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract
herein described; thence South 00 deg.
12 min. East 307.8 feet to a point for
corner; thence South 89 deg. 41 min.
West 150.0 feet to a point for corner;
thence North 00 deg. 12 min. West 307.8
feet to a point for corner; themce South
89 deg. 41 min. East 150.0 feet to the
Point of Beginning of the tract herein
described, containing 1.06 acres in all.
