This is to certify that Consolidated Gravity Drainage District #1 of Tangipahoa

has complied with Louisiana Revised Statute 39:1307 relative to public

participation in the budget process for the year ending 2026. Notice of

availability for public inspection and public hearing was held in compliance

with applicable statute.
