Special Meeting Minutes
The Village of Tickfaw Council met for a special meeting at 4:30 p.m. on
March 17, 2026. Mayor Lamonte called the meeting to order, Councilman Galofaro
Councilman Fedele, Councilman Lemay, Chief DiBenedetto, and Attorney Trippi all
were present. The invocation was done by Mayor Lamonte followed by the Pledge of
Allegiance.

5. Discussion of Jamie Watson Project
- A discussion between Mayor Lamonte, Attorney Trippi, Village Council, Grant
Writer Dardis, Engineer Zabbia, Jamie Watson and his business associates was
had concerning upcoming expiring grant funds and if they could be used to help
with infrastructure development plans.
- A motion was made by Councilman Galofaro to enter a contract with Engineer
Zabbia to begin survey process for new infrastructure development. The motion
was 2 nd by Councilman Lemay with 3 votes.
- A motion was made to begin process for sewer line work made by Councilman
Lemay 2 nd by Councilman Galofaro with 3 votes.
