A certain lot or parcel of ground, located in Section 7, T7S, R8E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, with all the buildings and improvements located thereon, all oil, gas and other mineral rights, and all component parts being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, T7S, R8E,; thence South 00 deg. 12 min. East 1686.6 feet and North 89 deg. 41 min. East 280.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract herein described; thence South 00 deg. 12 min. East 307.8 feet to a point for corner; thence South 89 deg. 41 min. West 150.0 feet to a point for corner; thence North 00 deg. 12 min. West 307.8 feet to a point for corner; themce South 89 deg. 41 min. East 150.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract herein described, containing 1.06 acres in all.
WRIT AMOUNT: THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS AND SIXTY-NINE CENTS ($35.666.69)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
