A CERTAIN PIECE OR PARACEL OF LAND, situated in SQUARE 36, CITY OF PONCHATOULA, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, being the SOUTH .5 of LOT 3 and all of LOTS 4,5, and 6, SQUARE 36, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at a point 125.00 feet, South 14 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East of the Northeast Corner of said SQUAE 36, thence along the West right of way of line of North Sixth Street, South 14 degrees 24 minutes 17 seconds East 175.14 feet; thence South 75 degrees 32 minutes 19 seconds West 200.00 feet; thence North14 degrees 24 minutes 17 seconds West 175.00 feet; thence North 75 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 200.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Contains 0.8038 acre, all as shown on survey and plat by Roy C. Edwards, Jr. P.L.S., dated July 25, 2002, a copy attached to COB 1191/313 of the official records of the Clerk of Court for Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana
