Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
Lot 33, Wellington Estates Subdivision, a certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anyway appertaining, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, Louisiana, Section 30, Township 6 South, Range 7 East, in that subdivision known as Wellington Estates Subdivision, and designated on a plat entitled “Final Plat of Wellington Estates,”(Formerly Magnolia Trace Subdivision)” prepared by Robert G. Barilleaux, dated July 25, 2006, recorded May 8, 2008, in Book 1141, Page 441, Instrument 780308, of the official records of the Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of Tangipahoa, said subdivision and said lot having the size and dimensions as shown on the plat referenced above and being subject to such restrictions, servitudes, easements and rights of way on file and of record with the Clerk of Court for Parish of Tangipahoa.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO DOLLARS AND 55/100 ($163,462.55)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
