Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

One (1) certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 5, T6S, R7E, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision thereof known as Western Acres Subdivision, and being more particularly described according to the official map of said subdivision, on file and of record in the office of the clerk and recorder for the said parish and state as lot number five (5), said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes all as per final plat by Bodin & Webb, Inc., Consulting Engineers, dated March 27, 2002, recorded in the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana at book 940, page 655, instrument #610509.

WRIT AMOUNT: ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE AND 54/100 ($11,371.54)
