PUBLIC NOTICE

A certificate of appropriateness request has been submitted to the Ponchatoula Consolidated Board

for property located at 155 W Pine St in the Historic District of the City of Ponchatoula, Louisiana;

the request is to install an awning along the front side of the building.

A public hearing will be held on April 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. by the Ponchatoula Consolidated board

at Ponchatoula City Hall, 125 W. Hickory St, Ponchatoula, LA. All interested parties are invited to

attend. Comments, questions, or concerns regarding this matter may be presented to the Board at

this time.
