NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC OF THE INTRODUCTION OF AN
ORDINANCE AND SETTING OF A
PUBLIC HEARING ON SAME
The following ordinance has been introduced for consideration by the Board of
Aldermen of the Village of Montpelier at its regular meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026.
At the next regular meeting on the Board of Aldermen of the Village of Montpelier
to be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., this ordinance will be on the
agenda for a public hearing and thereafter will be considered for final passage.
The Village of Montpelier municipal government hereby gives notice that the
general public is invited to give its comments as regards this ordinance at the public
hearing which has been scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026, during the regular
meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Village of Montpelier as conducted at the
Village Town Hall located at 36310 Louisiana Highway 16, Montpelier, St, Helena
Parish, Louisiana and beginning at 7:00 o’clock p.m.
