REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM

FOR THE SELECTION OF THE NEW SUPERINTENDENT FOR TANGIPAHOA

PARISH SCHOOL SYSTEM

The Tangipahoa Parish School Board is currently seeking proposals from

experienced executive search firms to assist the Board in the recruitment and

selection process for the next Superintendent of Schools.

Scope of Work: The selected consultant will be responsible for gathering input

from the community on the qualities desired in the next Superintendent, developing

a candidate profile, conducting a national recruitment search, facilitating

community and stakeholder engagement, and vetting and screening all applicants

to provide the Board with a slate of highly qualified finalists.

Submission Deadline: All proposals must be received no later than Monday, May

11, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Submission Details: Proposals may be submitted in person, via email, or

physical mail.
