One (1) certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, Louisiana, in that subdivision thereof known as The Landings Subdivision, Phase 2B, and being more particularly described as lot number 240 according to the official map of said subdivision, on file and of record in the office of the clerk and recorder for the said parish and state, as shown on “Final as built plat of The Landings Phase 2B”, prepared by Randall W. Brown, P.L.S. LA Registration Number 04586, recorded at instrument number 979382, book 1438, page 341, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes as shown on the said map.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED EIGHT-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVERN DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($181,427.00)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
