Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain piece or parcel of land, situated in Section 51, T4S, R7E, more particularly described as beginning at a point or south right of way of State Route 16, 1322.6 feet west and 425 feet south of southwest corner of Section 48, thence south 265 feet, thence 193.3 feet; thence north 364 feet to south right of way of State Route 16, thence along same south 63 degrees 55 minutes west 31.5 feet south 61 degrees west 101 feet; south 64 degrees 50 minutes west 80 feet to point of beginning, less and except the west 30 feet, containing 1.17 acres.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR AND 79/100 ($165,174.79)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
