Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Hammond, the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana being more fully described as Lot 10, Block 2, Coleman Park Subdivision, Hammond, Louisiana. All as more fully shown on Act of Resubdivision dated April 13, 1983, filed for registry in COB 565, folio 375, and the plan of survey attached thereto, by Ansil M. Bickford, Registered Land Surveyor, dated October 8, 1982, a copy of which is filed for registry at COB 565, folio 377, with said Lots 9 and 10 more particularly described as follows: Lot 10 and Lot 9 adjoin each other, with Lot 10 being nearer to and commencing 123 feet from the corner of Washington Avenue and Stanley Street, Lot 10 measuring in total thence 54.5’ feet front on Stanley Street, same width in the rear, by a depth on both sides of 150 feet, all between equal and parallel lines.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR AND 66/100 ($194,594.66)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
