Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 27, Township 5 South, Range 7 East, In the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, known as LOT F and being more fully described as follows to-wit:

Point of Beginning is South 00 deg. 40 min. East 476.69 feet from the Northwest Corner of Lot 7 of the Giarafano Partition in Section 27, T5S, R7E; thence proceed North 00 deg. 40 min. 00 sec. West 136 feet; thence proceed East 106.1 feet; thence South 00 deg. 40 min. 00 sec. East 136 feet; thence West 106.1 feet back to the Point of Beginning, all as per survey by Gilbert Sullivan RLS dated July 26, 1996, a copy of which is attached to act of record at COB 970 Page 772, official records of Tangipahoa Parish, LA. Said lot is subject to a 40 foot right of way for road and utilities as shown on map.

Including a 2007 Cavalier Mobile Home, Model 08E6500V, Serial Number CV07AL0270821AB as identified in an Act of Immobilization dated August 7, 2007 and recorded on August 7, 2007 at IN 759223 and as further described on Manufactured Home Rider attached to Mortgage dated June 25, 2021, and recorded on June 28, 2021 at IN 1078858.
