Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in Section 37, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, in that part thereof known as Ponchatoula Trace Subdivision, designated as lot thirty-five (35) on the plan of Ned R. Wilson, Surveyor, dated August 23, 2000, recorded under COB 1083, folio 286 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, being more fully described as follows:
Lot 35 measures 70.04 feet front on Blue Bayou Street, with a width in the rear of 70.09 feet depth on the sideline adjoining Lot 36 of 128.39 feet and a depth on the opposite sideline of 128.93 feet.
WRIT AMOUNT: TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE AND 87/100 (253,889.87)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
