T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana,

and more particularly described as being

Lot 69 of Happywoods Subdivision,

Phase I, a subdivision of a portion of

Section 3, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish,

Louisiana, fronting ninety (90 ) feet on

Lorraine Drive by a depth between equal

and parallel lines of one hundred forty

(140 ) feet, all in accordance with a plan

of survey rendered by Tycer, Barrilleaux

& Associates, dated April 11, 1978 and

recorded at COB 471, page 224, revised

May 7, 1980 and recorded at COB 499,

page 524 of the records of Tangipahoa

Parish, Louisiana.
