I have seized and will proceed to sell

a subdivision in Section 17, Township

3 South, Range 7 East, Tangipahoa

Parish, Louisiana described as beginning

at a point 321.17’ N 89 degrees 31’ 50”

W of the NE corner of Lot 45 as per the

original subdivision plat dated April 20,

1996; thence proceed N 89 degrees

31’ 50” W 387.31’; thence proceed S

00 degrees 29’ 55” W 631.68’; thence

proceed S 89 degrees 12’ 38” E 398.07’;

thence proceed N 00 degrees 58’ 40”

W 365.13’ to Point of Beginning. Said

property comprising Tract 2 (3.73 acres)

and Tract 3 (2.00 acres) or a total of

5.73 acres, all as per survey of Robert

C. Barrilleaux, C.E., L.S. dated January

27, 1987.

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage
