and improvements thereon, and more
particularly described as follows:
A certain piece of portion of property,
designated as Tract A of the Robert
Wayne Easley, Family Partition, being a
2.390 acre tract, situated in Section 32,
Township 4 South, Range 8 East, Saint
Helena Meridian, Tangipahoa Parish,
Louisiana, more particularly described
as:
Beginning at a point N4 41 04 E, a
distance of 408.87 from the Southwest
corner of Section 32, T4S-R8E, thence
N4 41 04 E, a distance of 258.43 ;
thence S89 28 27 E, a distance of
403.21 ; thence S4 22 18 W, a distance
of 258.33 ; thence N89 28 27 W, a
distance of 404.62 to the point of
beginning, all as more fully shown on
a plat of survey by Daniel S. McCabe,
P.L.S., dated September 23, 2014;
Being the same property that Robert
David Easley acquired via the following
Instruments:
a. Donation dated February
12, 2015, recorded in Book 1378, at
Page 332, under Entry No. 937963 of
the Conveyance Records of Tangipahoa
Parish, Louisiana.
b. Judgment of Possession
dated March 18, 2015, recorded in Book
1377, at Page 106, under Entry No.
937261 of the Conveyance Records of
Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

THOUSAND, FORTY DOLLARS AND
15/100 ($68,040.15)
TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
lien, or privilege thereon superior to
that of the seizing creditor, to the last
