Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all buildings and improvements now located in and on the improvements, known and designated as the West½ of Lots 9 and 10 of Block 15 as per the official map of the Town of Amite, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, said portion of Lots together a parcel of land fronting 100 feet on First Street by a depth of 100 feet along Pine Street and between parallel lines. Being the same property acquired by J & B Jiffy Mart, Inc., predecessor in name of Jiffy Mart, Inc., from Hammond Oil, Inc., by Act of Cash Sale dated December 27, 1984, and recorded in COB 602, Page 478 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM, that certain parcel transferred from J & B Jiffy Mart, Inc., to Emile Francis Currier and Mary Spitale Currier by Cash Deed dated June 1, 1991, and recorded at COB 718, Page 314, of official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, said parcel being situated in the West half of Lot 10 of Block 15 of the Town of Amite, Parish of Tangipahoa, Louisiana, with a Point of Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10 of Block 15 and from said point proceed East 100 feet; thence proceed South 2 feet; thence proceed West 100 feet; thence proceed North 2 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 200 square feet as per survey by Gilbert Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 27, 1985.
WRIT AMOUNT: SEVENTY -FIVE THOUSAND FIFTY-THREE DOLLARS AND 73/100 ($75,053.73)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
