In accordance with La. R.S. 47:6007(D)(1)(e)(ii), Filming of the

Guns & Gear by Freefire Media LLC has been completed in Tan-

gipahoa Parish, Louisiana. While the Company is not aware of any

claims, all outstanding creditor claims related to these productions
