Betty Sue Kinchen, 84, of Hammond, passed away on April 16. She is survived by her brother, C.W. Kinchen. The family would like to thank Elizabeth Treadwell, Karen Amaya, Jovonda Fox, Lillian Burise, Sharon Craig, Angela Smith, and everyone else at Options for the years of love and care they gave Betty.
