Edna Ott passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the age of 83. She was born on Sunday, September 28, 1941, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana to the late Ovide and Odile Meyers. She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She will always be remembered as a loving wife and mother.

Edna is survived by her husband, Dale Ott; daughter, Mary Sciortino (Samuel); grandchildren, Laken Sciortino and Samuel Sciortino II (Christina); sister, Joann Drott; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Ray Smith; parents, Ovide and Odile Meyers; siblings, Lona Chapman, Lionel Meyers, Theresa Lucas, and Helen Drury; and nephew, Eric Drury.
