PUBLIC NOTICE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff has declared the following property surplus, not needed for public purposes:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all right of ways appertaining, situated in Section 19, T6S, R8E, City of Hammond, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being a portion of Lots 11 and 12 of Callup and Saint Subdivision, and being more fully described as beginning at a point 1778.80’ south 00 deg. 18’ 00” east and 25’ south 89 deg. 34’ 35” east of the NW corner of Section 19, T6S, R8E, thence north 00 deg. 18’ 00” west 125’; thence south 89 deg. 34’ 3 5” east 1 1 6’; thence south 00 deg. 18’ 00” east 125’; thence north 89 deg. 34’ 35” west 116’ to POB. Contains 0.3328 acre, as per the survey of Roy Edwards dated July 17, 1995, copy attached to COB 80 l, page 428 and being the same property acquired in COB 801, page 428 and in COB 724, page 168 and COB 623, page 362.

Said surplus property shall be listed for sale with a real estate broker at fair market value for public offering to the highest offer.
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all offers. Property shall be sold AS IS without warranty and with all faults. Title search has not been conducted.
