INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that on August 12, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Ponchatoula City Council, an ordinance was introduced as AN ORDINANCE TO PRESERVE ALL PUBLIC PARKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES, REGULATE THE PERMITTED USES THEREON, PROVIDE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CITIZENS OF PONCHATOULA, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PENALTIES FOR NON-CONFORMITY OF SAME

A public hearing will be held on September 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Anyone with comments may appear before the council at this
time.
