NOTICE IS GIVEN that Randal Lee Bridges, the duly appointed Administrator of the SUCCESSION OF JOHNNY RAY BRIDGES, a/k/a JOHNNY RAE BRIDGES is applying for authority to sell, at private sale, immovable and property owned by the estate and described as follows:

From the intersection of West right of way of said highway and South line of said Section 52, measure North 25 degrees West along said highway right of way, 2,104.4 feet to point of beginning; thence South 65 degrees West 208.7 feet; thence North 25 degrees West 208.7 feet; thence North 65 degrees East 208.75 feet to highway right of way of point 292.0 feet South 25 degrees East from center of State Highway No. 1049; thence South 25 degrees East 208.7 feet along highway right of way to point of beginning, as per survey of O.C. Hollister, dated January 21, 1977. Being the same property acquired by Kenneth Ray Bridges and Evelyn Rushing Bridges per COB 614, Page 438.
