NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that on May 12 2025, at a regular meeting of the
Ponchatoula City Council, an ordinance was introduced as follows: AN ORDINANCE
APPROVING A 25 YEAR FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PONCHATOULA
AND ENTERGY LOUISIANA LLC. A public hearing will be held on June 9, 2025, at 6:00
p.m. at the regular meeting of the City Council. Anyone with comments may
appear before the council at this time.
