TOWN OF GREENSBURG
The following ordinance has been introduced for consideration by the
Board of Aldermen of the Town of Greensburg at its regular
meeting on August 12, 2025.
At the next regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Greensburg scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, this
ordinance will be on the meeting agenda for public hearing and thereafter will
be considered for final passage.
The title of this ordinance as introduced is an Ordinance To Amend,
Revise, Replace, Re-
enact, Replace And Enact So As To Delete The Current Chapter 1 And The
Current Chapter 2 Of Part 3 "Entitled Health And Sanitation" Of The Code Of
Ordinances Of The Town of Greensburg And To Enact An Amended And
Revised Chapter 1 And Chapter 2 Of The Said Part 3 Of The Code Of
Ordinances Of The Town of Greensburg.
The Town of Greensburg's municipal government hereby gives notice
that the general public is invited to give its comments as regards this
ordinance at the public hearing which has been scheduled for Tuesday,
September 9, 2025, during the regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of
the Town of Greensburg as conducted at the Greensburg Town Hall Complex
located at 112 Church Street, Greensburg, Louisiana and beginning at 7:00
o'clock p.m.
