NOTICE
LATTIMORE HARVEY, ARNETTA HARVEY ANDREWS, AU-
DREY HARVEY WASHINGTON, ELAINE HARVEY BECK, AND
LAWANDA DENISE HARVEY SMITH
Pursuant to an order of the Twenty First Judicial District
Court for the Parish of Tangipahoa in the matter of TSM MKP
LLC, Praying for Monition, Docket No.20260002714, Div. E,
Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana, dated July 23, 2026, it
was ordered as follows:
WHEREAS TSM MKP LLC, by act recorded on July 6, 2022
at Instrument Number 1104116 of the official records of
Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, purchased property at tax sale
from Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana for failure to pay taxes.
WHEREAS, TSM MKP LLC has applied to this Court for a
monition or advertisement, in conformity with R.S. 47:2271
et seq.
THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and
the Twenty First Judicial District Court for the Parish of Tan-
gipahoa, all interested persons are cited and admonished to
show cause within six months from the date on which this
monition is first advertised, why grounds exist for a nullity
under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Subtitle III of Title 47 of
the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.

A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all build-
ings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privi-
leges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Square 23
of the Iowa Addition to the City of Hammond, Parish of Tan-
gipahoa, State of Louisiana, more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the proper-
ty formerly sold to N. A. James by A. O. Jones; thence along
the north line of said James property a distance of 150 feet;
thence North 50 feet; thence East 150 feet to Cedar Street;
thence along Cedar Street 50 feet to the point of beginning.
Said property measures 50 feet on Cedar Street by a depth
of 150 feet, and is bounded East by Cedar Street, West by
unknown, North by property of O. W. Herring, and South by
property of N. A. James. Improvements thereon bear Munic-
ipal No. 406 Noah A. James Dr., Hammond, Louisiana 70403.
