ST. HELENA TAX ASSESSOR
PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that I have completed the assessment listings of all taxable
properties in St. Helena Parish and estimated the values thereof. These assessment
listings will be available for public inspection at my office for a period of fifteen (15) days
beginning:
August 17, 2026, through September 4, 2026.
OFFICE HOURS: Monday – Friday-- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Any taxpayer wishing to review their property assessment must contact my office during
the fifteen (15) day inspection period.
PLEASE NOTE: Any information supporting the value of your property must be
submitted to the Assessor’s Office before the deadline for filing an appeal with the Board
of Review. Failure to submit this information before the deadline may prevent you from
relying upon it during the appeal process.
Appeal Filing with the Assessor: August 17, 2026, through September 8, 2026.
Appeal Filing with the St. Helena Parish Policy Jury, Board of Review: must be
submitted either by certified mail or hand delivered no later than seven (7) days prior to
the Board of Review hearing scheduled for September 22, 2026.
