THIS FIRST NOTICE BY PUBLICATION IS NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR RIGHTS OR INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED IN INDEPENDENCE, LOUISIANA MAY BE TERMINATED BY OPERATION OF LAW IF YOU DO NOT TAKE FURTHER ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW:
Succession of Kelly Joseph Maniscalco; No. 20260030295; 21st Judicial District Court Tangipahoa Parish. Notice is given to the heirs of Kelly Joseph Maniscalco that Flora Messina and John Lamonica, the duly appointed Co-Administrators for the Succession of Kelly Joseph Maniscalco are seeking to have the following described property sold by private sale for $120,000.00 cash to Nicole Cefalu pursuant to Order of the Court and any interested parties have 7 days from the date of the second publication of notice to assert an objection to the sale, to wit.
Eighteen acres of land to be taken across the north portion of the 64 acre tract of land, acquired by Rosario Ingraffio by corrected act of partition of record in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and bounded as follows: North by Natalbany Lumber Company Lands, East by Savario Guarino, south by Rosario Ingraffio, and West by Kemp and being the same property acquired from Rosario Ingraffio as per record in COB No. 82, page 328 of the records of the Parish of Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana. The above described property being a part of a 64 acre tract of land located in Section 6 T 5 S R 7 E acquired by Rosario Ingraffio by corrected act of partition as per record in COB 82, page 327 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
