NOTICE OF MONITION
DOROTHY LUCILLE BRAUD LIPARI, ABIGAIL LAND HOLDINGS 11 LLC, AND KEITH L. DAWSON
Pursuant to an Order of the 21st Judicial District Court for the Parish of Tangipahoa in the matter of Watts Industries, L.L.C. vs. Dorothy Lucille Braud Lipari, Abigail Land Holdings 11 LLC, and Keith L. Dawson, Docket Number 20260002911 Division “E”, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, dated August 5, 2026 it was ordered as follows;
WHEREAS Watts Industries, L.L.C. acquired tax title to the Property at a legally advertised Tangipahoa Parish Tax Sale conducted by the Sheriff and Ex-Officio Tax Collector; which said Certificate was recorded in the Tangipahoa Parish Conveyance Records in Book 1649 Page 899, as Instrument Number 1123146, on June 8, 2023.
WHEREAS, Watts Industries, L.L.C. has applied to this Court for a Monition or advertisement in conformity with LSA-R.S. 47:2271, et seq.
THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and the 21st Judicial District Court for the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, any and all interested persons are cited and admonished to show cause, within sixty (60) days from the date on which this Monition is first advertised and published, why grounds exist for a nullity under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Subtitle III of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
The property affected by this Monition is:
A certain tract or parcel of land in Section 40, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commence at a point 2954 feet East and 1025 feet North of the Southwest corner of Section 40, T7S, R7E, thence run West 1136.52 feet, thence run North 175 feet for Point of Beginning, thence continue North 112.43 feet and corner, thence run East 354 feet and corner, thence run South 112.43 feet and corner, thence run West 354 feet to Point of Beginning, said property being located in Section 40, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, together with all improvements thereon.
