THIS FIRST NOTICE BY PUBLICATION IS NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR RIGHTS OR INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED IN HAMMOND, LOUISIANA MAY BE TERMINATED BY OPERATION OF LAW IF YOU DO NOT TAKE FURTHER ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW:
Succession of Laura Baham Robinson; No. 20250030326; 21st Judicial District Court Tangipahoa Parish. Notice is given to the heirs of Laura Baham Robinson that Larry A. Robinson, the duly appointed Administrator for the Succession of Laura Baham Robinson is seeking to sell the following described property to himself in his personal capacity for the appraised price of $46,000.00 pursuant to Order of the Court and any interested parties have 7 days from the date of this publication of notice to assert an objection to the sale, to wit.
A certain piece or parcel of ground together with all buildings and improvements thereon containing two (2) acres situated in Section 2, T5S, R8E, G. L. D., Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SE corner of vendor’s property, said corner being the intersection of the quarter section corner and gravel road for a point of beginning, thence West 156.26 feet and corner, thence North 557.53 feet and corner, thence East 156.26 feet and corner, thence South 557.53 feet to point of beginning all as per map of survey of the property in Section 2, T5S, R8E, G. L. D. by W. A. Tycer, C. E., dated November 15, 1967.
Being the same property in that Cash Deed recorded at COB 318, Page 386, as File No. 160956 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
