NOTICE TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE
The Administrator of the above estate has made application to the court for the sale, at
private sale, of the immovable property as more particularly described below, on the following
terms and conditions, to-wit: for $25,000.00 under the terms and conditions provided in the
Petition filed in these proceedings:
IMMOVABLE PROPERTY:
A certain parcel of land in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, described as: Commencing at a
point described as the Southwest corner of the West Half of Southwest Quarter of
Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 6 South, Range 7 East,
run thence North 12 chains, thence East 5.28 chains; thence South 12 chains; then West
5.28 chains to point of beginning, comprising 6 acres more or less and being the South 6
acres of the parcel purchased by Vendors COB 271, Page 244, Records of this Parish and
State.

A certain piece or parcel of land situated in Section 12, T-6-S, R-7-E, more fully
described as beginning at a point 792.00’ N 01° 06’ 20” W of the S.W. corner of the
West 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 12, T6S-R7E; thence
N 89° 55’ 37” E. 174.24’ to the center line of a 30’ gravel Rd.; thence along said center
line S 01° 06’ 20” E 250.04’; thence S. 89° 55’ 37” W 174.24’; thence N. 01° 06’ 20” W
250.04’ to P.O.B. contains 1.00 acres, all as per map of W & R Engineering, Inc. dated 9-
9-77.
The one acre is part of land acquired in COB 287, p. 306.

said point of beginning, proceed in a Northerly direction along the Eastern boundary of
Vendor's property for a distance of 250.04 feet and corner; thence proceed 174.24 feet
West and corner; thence proceed 250.04 feet in a Southerly direction to the Southern
boundary of vendor's property and corner; thence proceed along vendor's boundary line

beginning, being part of that property originally comprising six acres which was
purchased as per COB 271, P. 244, in the records of the Clerk of Tangipahoa Parish.

Notice is now given to all parties to whom it may concern, including the heirs and
creditors of decedents, and of this estate, that they be ordered to make any opposition which they
may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment
authorizing, approving and homologating that application and that such order or judgment may
be issued after the expiration of seven days, from the date of the last publication of such notice,
all in accordance with law.
