PUBLIC NOTICE

A certificate of appropriateness request has been submitted to the Ponchatoula Consolidated Board
for property located at 122 W Pine St in the Historic District of the City of Ponchatoula, Louisiana;
the request is to install three small metal decorative balconies along the front side of the building in
front of the doorways of the second floor.
A public hearing will be held on November 24 th , 2025 at 6:00 p.m. by the board at Ponchatoula City
Hall, 125 W. Hickory St, Ponchatoula, LA. All interested parties are invited to attend. Comments,
questions, or concerns regarding this matter may be presented to the Board at this time.
