NOTICE
A special meeting of the Clerk of Court, Parish of Tangipahoa was held, Wednesday,
November 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Clerk of Court’s Office in Amite, to declare
surplus equipment not being used by the Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Court, for sale.
Some equipment is damaged. The Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Court does not warrant or
guarantee that this equipment is usable. A list of this surplus equipment may be obtained,
or the equipment may be inspected by contacting Stormy Norman, CFO at the Clerk of
Court’s Office, (985)748-4146, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., to set up an
appointment.
Bids will be received by the Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Court until 10:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, December10, 2025, at the Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Court’s Office, 110
N. Bay St., Suite 100, Amite, LA 70422. Bids may be submitted in a sealed envelope by
mail prior to this meeting, by mailing them to Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Court, Attn:
Stormy Norman, CFO, P.O. Box 667, Amite, LA 70422. Please mark your envelope:
“SEALED BID”.
The Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to
waive any informalities in the bid.
