FY 2026 LCDBG Clearance Program Application Available for Review
Town of Roseland, Louisiana
The Town of Roseland, LA, announces that an application for FY 2026 Louisiana Community
Development Block Grant (LCDBG) funds will be submitted for the following:
ACTIVITY: LCDBG funds will be used for
DEMOLITION OF BLIGHTED, UNSAFE AND
DETERIORATED PROPERTIES
OBJECTIVE: To promote public safety, revitalize neighborhoods, and improve
the quality of life for all residents of the Town of Roseland, which
are predominantly low/moderate income residents.
LOCATION: Proposed improvements will take place across multiple locations
throughout the Town of Roseland.
AMOUNT: $ 264,642.00 Demolition of blighted properties
$ 264,642.00 Total LCDBG funds being requested
All citizens, particularly persons of low and moderate income and residents of blighted areas, are
encouraged to review and submit their comments by December 8, 2025:

Development, on December 9, 2025. A copy of the application will be available for review at the
Roseland Town Hall, 62438 Commercial Street, Roseland, LA, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, beginning December 1, 2025.
