Minutes of the Board of Commissioners of Gravity Drainage District #5 of Tangipahoa Parish,
La. held a Special Meeting on Wednesday November 5, 2025, the regular meeting place, City
Hall, 308 Ave G Kentwood, La.
The Board of Commissioners of Gravity Drainage District #5 of Tangipahoa Parish, La. met on
the above date in regular session and was called to order by the President, Russ Carter, and the
following members present:
Present: Barrett Travis, Ronald Robertson, Michael Kazerooni, Tibbis Cooper, Russ Carter
Absent: None
The roll call showed a quorum to be present.

Any public comments at this time were taken.
Old Business: None
New Business: Motion made by Ronald Robertson duly seconded and unanimously carried to
allow President Carter to sign Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Tangipahoa Parish
Government to reimburse District #5 for the work to be done on Byron Mc Donald’s property on
Hwy 1050, and to hire M/S Dozer to do the work for the price he quoted the parish of $9675.00.
With no other business appearing before the board a motion was made by Tibbis Cooper duly
seconded by Barrett Travis and unanimously carried the meeting adjourned.
